Order Deadlines:

For next day delivery you will need to order your cakes by 12.00 PM the day before.

You will have to make your order at least before 2 hours and before 2.00 PM. All the cakes that are mentioned inside same day click and collect will be always available in our store.

In store Collection & Orders:

Please bring Copy of the receipt or an order confirmation message.

We will be delighted to take your order personally in our shop and our staff will help you to make your cakes personalized.

We accept all the orders which were ordered 1 day before. For personalized & bespoke cakes or fondant icing cakes, please order your cakes at least 3 days before so that you will have better options. Find more details in our Delivery & Collection Information page.

Telephone ordering:

Of course yes. You can order any of the items over the call by calling our Cake line: 020 3500 6001. You will be a sent a payment link as text message to pay 50% deposit to confirm your order.

Personalized Cakes:

Yes, Please call our store: 020 3500 6001 and speak to our staff and share your references to make any personalization.

Changes / Cancellations:

You can make changes on your order up to 24 hours before your collection or delivery. Please check our Terms & Conditions page to know more info.

Call our store directly 020 3500 6001 and tell your order number to change orders. Extra charges will be applied if it is needed. Please read our Cancellation Policy to get more information

Allergen Information:

All the allergen information is listed under all our cakes in the website. If you cannot find in our website please speak with us to our direct line 020 3500 6001 or mail us to info@fabcakes.co.uk.


Important Note – Although some of our products are free of wheat, dairy, soya, sulphites and/or nuts, they are baked in our own kitchens alongside other cakes which may contain those ingredients, so there’s always a possibility of cross-contamination.

Storage information:

Fresh Cream Cakes: Please keep it away from direct sunlight as the butter cream will melt. Keep in cool & dry place.

Yes you can store the cake in the fridge up to 2 days to keep it fresh but we highly recommend consuming all our cakes within 24 hours.

Store in air tight container and it will stay fresh at least up to 7 days.
