Delivery & Collection Information

All our deliveries are limited to certain areas in London and we are proud to say that we are here to serve you all 7 days a week!

We deliver cakes, brownies, cupcakes, and other items displayed on our website that fall within a 10-mile radius from our shop and the delivery cost will be included according to the distance on your check out page.

Our delivery rates start from £2.50. Each postcode will have different pricing according to the distance and you can check them while placing an order.

Please use our postcode checker and check your delivery availability before placing your order. If the postcode checker is not working, give us a quick call 020 3500 6001 or mail us at hello@fabcakes.co.uk
Our delivery drivers will notify you through text message or a call at least 30 minutes before the delivery. Please contact our team if you are not going to be at your place and if you want the product to be left at neighbor’s place. Or you will still have an option to add a note explaining where to leave the delivery box. In case of no such information given and delivery not collected, we will then have to rearrange your delivery which will include additional costs.

Confirmation Mail
We send confirmation of receipt of your order to your registered email address. If you cannot find our email in your inbox please check your spam or junk list. If you still cannot find please get in touch with our team at least 48 hours before your delivery date of the order.

Cancellations / Returns & Refunds / Amendments
All of the above is possible if you are contacting our team at least 48 hours before your order due. For any last-minute changes, please contact our team at 020 3500 6001 to get the most possible help that is available.

Collection Information:
You can also order for collection from our bakery in East ham High Street (we are not currently offering collections from our store as we do not have any other collection points). Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you when you come to collect or ensure your driver has your name and order number.

Our cakes and cupcakes come in sturdy boxes suitable for transport but they are fragile and larger sized cakes can be quite heavy. We recommend bringing a friend to help if you’re not sure.
