Return & Cancellation Policy

Fab Cakes take maximum effort to deliver the best baking service in town. We always strive hard to make things work for you, but sometimes it does not turn out the way we want. If by any chance you receive a product that does not match your expectation, then feel free to reach out to us at 020 3500 6001 or mail us at hello@fabcakes.co.uk within 24 hours of your delivery or pick up

We have a team of expert that will surely assist you as per the situation. In some cases, We will be able to refund in full or make a replacement if you receive the products that are not ordered by you or if there is any mismatch occurred between your order and received products.

Also note that we will only be able to repay the amount spent through original credit or debit card on our website

In case of refund of the product that is purchased from our store, please carry the original receipt of the placed order along with the debit or credit card receipt through which the payment is made. We will not be able to process your refund request without any valid proof.

Taste is very personal and every individual would like a different taste. We will not be able to accept the returns on the grounds of taste or you do not like the flavor.

Also note, we will not be able to process your return request if the product is not purchased from this site. If you place your order in-store, kindly visit the store and get in touch with our staff to help you resolve your purchase issue.

All the refunds from credit and debit card are subject to the card handling charges of some percentage that is covered by credit/debit card companies or other payment platforms that are mentioned on our payment page.

Cash Refund is not possible for debit or credit cards transactions.

Cancellation:

  1. A refund on the deposit will not be provided if you decide to cancel the order. Please notify us if you decide to move the order to another date at least 48 hours before your pick up or delivery.
  2. Online orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the payment is (already made) once gone through.

Cancellation on Novelty, wedding cakes and bespoke cakes would need at least 7 days (prior) notice.

If you reach us before 7 days we may arrange for the refund on your order.
Please note that 30% of administration cost will be deducted from your deposit as we need to re arrange and reallocate our kitchen operations
